It targets the customer who used to specify an oil-lubricated belt-driven machine for the flow but now requires oil-free output: food-grade fabrication, pharmaceutical packaging, electronics assembly, and any clean-air operation that has outgrown a single-cylinder unit.
TAT Silent is EMAX's extreme low-noise oil-free range — 55 to 58 dB(A), engineered for multi-chair dental clinics, calibration laboratories, and any space where compressed air operates next to people for extended hours. Oil-free piston head inside a sound-absorbing cabinet, single-phase 230 V across 1.5 / 3 / 4.5 kW configurations.
The NKTD Series is EMAX's flagship 4-in-1 platform — inline air filtration, a screw compressor, refrigerated dryer, and air receiver tank packaged in a single base frame. The compressor's oil separator is integrated into the air-end block, eliminating the inter-component piping that traditional designs require — a more compact footprint, lower internal pressure drop, and fewer leak paths over the unit's service life.
