Manufacturing is the workhorse market for compressed air. Plants standardise on rotary screw for the continuous-duty backbone, then layer in piston compressors at individual workbenches and pneumatic tooling stations. EMAX serves this market with the cabinet PM VSD line as the primary anchor — the energy-saving variable-speed platform that pulls 25–35 % off the workshop's energy bill across a typical duty cycle. NKTD 4-in-1 packages drop in alongside for clean dry air without site plumbing. TB Series belt-driven piston covers the workbench tier. ADH refrigerated dryers complete the train. AS1210-compliant pressure vessels are standard across the screw range; CE Machinery Directive certified across the screw line.
PM VSD is our Permanent-Magnet Variable-Speed Drive cabinet line. The motor and airend share a single shaft — no coupling, no transmission losses.
The fixed-speed line is the workhorse — single duty cycle, fewer electronics, lower upfront cost. We build it on the same airend block as PM VSD, with the same AS1210 vessel certification and the same 7-year corrosion warranty on the cooler.
The NKTD Series is EMAX's flagship 4-in-1 platform — inline air filtration, a screw compressor, refrigerated dryer, and air receiver tank packaged in a single base frame. The compressor's oil separator is integrated into the air-end block, eliminating the inter-component piping that traditional designs require — a more compact footprint, lower internal pressure drop, and fewer leak paths over the unit's service life.
The TSDE Series is the conventional 4-in-1 layout — inline air filtration, a screw compressor, refrigerated dryer, and 300 L air receiver tank assembled in a traditional, modular arrangement. Field-serviceable with off-the-shelf parts, supports dual-pressure operation (0.8 / 1.0 MPa) selectable at commissioning, Y-Δ start on 15+ HP.
The TB Series is EMAX's heavy-duty cast-iron belt-driven piston line — workshop-grade machines designed for assembly bays, body shops, and general repair workshops running compressed air all day, every day. 10 bar standard discharge across the range, 3 – 7.5 HP.
ADH is the refrigerated dryer line that pairs with our screw and piston main units when the customer needs dry air output. R407c refrigerant across the range.
